Bowman Media began by traveling to North Star’s Texas offices for three days of intensive video shoots. Utilizing a dual-camera HD setup with professional audio and lighting, numerous advisors were recorded presenting on various topics and engaging in mock meeting sessions. The resulting footage was then edited into succinct polished segments with titles and graphics. Bowman Media then developed a secure web platform for North Star’s advisors to log in and view the 4+ hours of training videos. Analytics and usage records allow North Star managers and mentors the ability to view trainees’ progress and activity. The content management based system allows managers the ability to easily create new accounts and add new material in the future.
