A key component to the company’s culture is the recruiting of exceptionally high quality candidates for financial advising careers. North Star approached Bowman Media Group to design and develop their web-based communication tools for their recruiting efforts.
Using North Star’s Emerald content management system, Bowman Media developed an easy to use, information-rich website that highlights the qualities of North Star as a firm, an overview of their selection process, the benefits and realities of the financial advising career, and profiles and testimonials from a selection of their current advisors. Additionally, a series of informational videos with many current advisors and staff members answering some of the most frequently asked questions about the career and the firm were produced and stream from the site’s various pages.
